                      2、 木球体能现状分析

                      纵观国际上以及国内重大的木球比赛项目,跟优秀或者失败的队伍相比,我国参赛选手除了在技术方面的不足以外,身体素质以及体能方面的劣势也是非常关键的。尤其是在国际联赛中,中国人与其他国家相比体能一直处于劣势地位。目前,我国木球项目比赛中,中国队伍在12球道的个人杆数带上,表现出了一定的劣势,12球道的个人赛,打完全程需要2小时左右,如果没有良好的耐力来做赛事支撑,很难在赛事结束时打出优异比赛成绩。我国选手在2014年的木球世界杯比赛中,虽然取得较好的成绩水平,但是绝对的优势是不存在的,我国选手很难固定专业的挥杆动作。其实,通过赛事分析与对比,我们可以明显发现,出现这种问题的根本原因在于以下几点:挥杆爆发力不足,腰部力量薄弱,转动髋部的同时容易重心不稳,导致击球方向出现偏差,部分队员在这一方面还是存在着明显的缺陷。要想减少以上的缺陷问题,就要进行专门的体能训练,主要可以从以下几个方面进行。
