                      本文导读:这是一篇关于某医院临床分离菌株的监测情况的文章,由于细菌耐药机制非常复杂,且易产生多重耐药甚至泛耐药菌株,应加强医院感染监测和耐药监测。客观、准确、及时地分析本院临床分离菌株的耐药性,对指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,控制和延缓耐药菌株的产生有重要意义。

                        摘    要: 目的 分析该院2018年临床病原菌的分布和耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供可靠依据。方法 采用纸片扩散法或VITEK2-Compact仪器法按统一方案对2018年临床分离菌株进行抗菌药物药敏试验。以CLSI 2017作为判断标准,采用WHONET5.6软件综合分析耐药情况。结果 共收集临床病原菌4 178株,其中革兰阳性菌1 325株,革兰阴性菌2 853株。葡萄球菌属中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌检出率分别为33.0%和71.1%,未发现对万古霉素和替考拉宁耐药的菌株。检出3株对利奈唑胺耐药的粪肠球菌和1株屎肠球菌。肺炎链球菌全部分离自非脑脊液标本,未检出青霉素耐药菌株。肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物仍高度敏感,对亚胺培南总耐药率为3.7%,其中耐碳青霉烯类大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和阴沟肠杆菌检出率分别为0.6%、7.2%和1.7%。鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率为63.0%,铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南耐药率为11.1%。结论 该院的细菌耐药性仍对临床抗菌治疗构成严重威胁,尤其是多重耐药应引起高度重视。
